Prices
All prices are quoted in UK pounds sterling and goods are sold under English Law. Every effort will be made to maintain the process shown on the website, however LTD Company reserves the right to amend prices and discontinue any item when necessary. Ordering from outside UK mainland may incur additional postal charges, please contact Customer Services for a quotation. All prices include VAT, where applicable.

Payment
All payment is taken through Paypal. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Delivery
We aim to hold all products in stock and when purchased online aim to dispatch goods within 24 hours of receiving an order. Delivery charges may be extra and will be provided at point of purchase. Please allow 28 working days for delivery, unless stated otherwise. However we offer no guarantee of availability and electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale.

Returns
In the rare event of faulty goods being received, these must be returned within 14 days of receipt. We cannot be held liable for goods lost in transit whilst being returned to us. In this event you must obtain compensation from the postal service or courier involved. We recommend that goods be returned by Recorded Delivery to ensure a signed receipt.

Please note, if you wish to return goods that are unsuitable, rather than faulty, these must be deemed by us to have been returned in a resaleable condition and in the original unopened packaging within 14 days or purchase, along with proof of purchase. Before you return any unwanted purchases you must contact LTD Company for a returns number.

If you return goods that are unsuitable, rather than faulty without a returns number, that are subsequently deemed unsuitable for return then the costs of return are to be borne by the customer. Goods will not be returned until payment has been made in full for the full cost of the return of the goods including the cost of postage and packaging materials.

If you return goods that are unsuitable and wish to change them for another item you must pay the full costs of return to us and the full costs of postage and packing back to you.

Purchases that have been cut, specially prepared, or specially ordered to your requirements may not be returned unless faulty.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
